Personality Matrix 10-week Masterclass Recording
Personality Matrix 10-week Masterclass Recording
The Personality Matrix Masterclass, a first of its kind, was created by two pioneering experts in the field of personality typology: Katherine Chernick Fauvre, the visionary behind Tritype® Archetypes and Instinctual Stackings, and Joyce Meng, an esteemed MBTI® Master Practitioner. Together, they combine their knowledge of multiple personality systems to create an overarching system that reveals the intricate relationships between Enneagram Tritypes®, Instinctual Stackings, and the 16 Personality Types.
This 10-week Masterclass introduces an advanced personality system that emerges when these typologies are combined. It identifies three levels of personality: Instinctual Types and Stackings (primal level), Enneagram Type and Tritype® Archetypes (egoic level), and 16 Personality Types (egoic type and cognitive process style).
This innovative approach delves into the depths of personality analysis by integrating six distinct systems: the 3 Instinctual Types and 6 Instinctual Stackings, 3 Centers of Intelligence, 9 Enneagram Types, 27 Tritypes® and Tritype® Archetypes, Lexicon Language Use, and the process style of the 16 Personality Types.
The correlations between these systems reveal profound insights into what constitutes personality type and how to apply these nuances to work more effectively with personality types at a deeper, more transformational level.

Introduction to the Enneagram Types:
The Enneagram is a dynamic system that identifies nine core personality types. Each type represents a distinct worldview and strategy for dealing with emotions, thoughts, and behavior. The Enneagram provides a deep understanding of individual motivation, internal dynamics, and external behavior.
Introduction to the Centers of Intelligence:
The Enneagram also divides personality into three primary Centers of Intelligence.
• Heart (Types 2, 3, 4): These types focus on emotional intelligence, self-worth, and relationships. They are driven by feelings and seek validation from others.
• Head (Types 5, 6, 7): These types prioritize intellectual intelligence and focus on security, guidance, and planning. They tend to analyze situations and seek certainty.
• Gut (Types 8, 9, 1): These types rely on instinctual intelligence and are concerned with action, control, and autonomy. They trust their gut reactions and focus on maintaining order.
Introduction to the Instinctual Stackings:
In this course, you will learn about the instincts that operate beneath the surface. Understanding the three distinct Instinctual Types—Self-Preservation, Social, and Sexual (One-to-One)—along with the Hierarchical Stacking Order will make typology correlations easier to combine, integrate, and understand. This knowledge provides insight into primal behavior and how it influences personality.
Introduction to the 27 Tritype® Archetypes:
You will explore the egoic dimension through Tritype® Archetypes. In this section, you will learn to recognize how the three Enneagram types within each Tritype® combine to form a unique personality blend. Tritype® reveals how these three types interact, shaping one's focus, values, and defense strategies at a much more specific level.
Introduction to the 16 Personality Types:
Finally, you will gain an understanding of your cognitive processes by learning about the 16 Personality Types, a widely recognized framework from MBTI® that describes patterns in how individuals perceive the world and make decisions. Each type reflects a distinct combination of preferences in how people process information and engage with others.
Type Correlations:
Week 1 includes an overview of the Enneagram Types, Tritypes®, Instinctual Types, Stackings, Lexicon Use, Idealized Images, Core Fears, and Defense Strategies, as well as the 16 Personality Types.
For the next nine weeks, the course will focus on each of the 9 Enneagram Types individually, covering all these factors in detail. Each week, you will explore one Enneagram type, starting with Type 1, to understand how these systems correlate and influence personal development and interactions.
This introductory course is a prerequisite for the "Personality Matrix Certification Program."
